WE PROVIDE:


A home manager to oversee your property, pets and
personal belongings:  You will have a professional
home manager to keep a watchful eye on your home
and provide a single point of contact for all your
needs.    The home manager will stay in your home
while your away or you can chose optional times for
a home manager to be there when you can't be.         


House sitting and care taking:  Our basic service
includes thoroughly checking your house and
property on a regular basis, picking up flyer's and
newspapers, ensuring that yard services and maid
services are being performed, watering indoor
plants, adjusting thermostats, monitor sprinkler
systems and plumbing, and a variety of other
services that are needed while you are away. We
make sure security systems are set and windows
and doors are locked. We also rotate lights and
adjust window treatments to give your house a
lived-in look. If you are gone for a long period of
time, we provide special services to prepare your
home for your extended stay and take special steps
to make sure everything in your home is kept in
good condition.             


Pet sitting and care:  We will water and feed your
pets, give them treats and attention, provide
pet-related cleaning services needed (like
changing the kitty litter), take dogs outside for potty
breaks, give pets medication, and watch for any
changes in condition that might warrant a visit to
the veterinarian.             


Pool services:  We will oversee your pool to ensure
that your pool company is servicing the pool as
scheduled. We will also empty filter baskets,
monitor the water level, add water if needed, and
perform a visual check of the pool's condition.           
  


Optional services:  Additional services are available
such as special preparation on day of departure on
a trip and preparation for your return, mail
management, bill payment, running errands, getting
your car serviced, driving your car to keep it in
good working condition, transportation to and from
the airport, getting carpets cleaned, coordinating
home maintenance and repair contractors, and
even overseeing home improvement jobs.
